Our client is the #1 dealer in the Southeast as a single point franchise and they have grown from 80 - 160 cars per month in less than one year.  They need two top level F&I Managers who can each be the lead dog.
To be considered for this position you must:
Have top level F&I experience. Be an expert at both Primary and Secondary Financing. Understand the demands of fast paced dealerships. Be a true professional. Be able to act and think outside the box. Be willing to relocate to the Myrtle Beach Area The candidates ideally suited for this rewarding position have the ability to structure deals, work with banks, develop new lenders and do it all without supervision.  The level of F&I performance that leads to a long-term relationship is required.

JOB DESCRIPTION- The duties of an F&I Manager at our Client Delaer include but are not limited to:assist new customers in obtaining finance for their purchases, determine the needs of the customer regarding products and services sold in the department, work with the sales department to insure smooth transitions between the sales department and F&I, ask for referrals, add quality lending sources to the department, and most importantly, insure the customer satisfaction with each transaction..

REQUIREMENTS- Previous automotive F&I experience is  REQUIRED for this position. This is not an entry level F&I position. High-energy, positive, out-going individuals with strong verbal communication skills WILL succeed at our Client Dealer! You must be able to pass a background check, drug test and driving record.
