Mr Demaree there is no cure for a lazy sales person for follow up. 90% fo customers don't remember their sales persons name one year after the sale. I can show you a way that every customer will see your dealershios name and the reps name 15 times every single day. The cost to the rep is less than 50 cents per customer. The best way is to create a desire for them to do the work without being told. We do have dealers that have doubled or tripled their business in 20 month.
