Do you quote numbers over the phone?  If so, how do you do it? 

Do you ask your Sales Manager to work the deal for you and then call/e-mail the customer with the quote? 

Do you tell them they have to come in for the best deal?  What if the customer wants numbers before coming in? 

We've tried both approached and I feel we are losing opportunities by either:

A. Not giving them numbers and telling them they have to come in, which customers don't like to hear, so they don't come in

Or

B. Giving them numbers that scare them so they don't come in

Or

C. Asking the desk to work numbers and not getting an answer quickly enough so the customer goes elsewhere

HELP PLEASE!!!!
