What level of success have dealers had with pricing new cars on their websites as opposed to just going with MSRP (90% of dealers I see simply are using the Sticker Price)? If you are individually pricing your new inventory how are you structuring your Sales Dept so it consistently gets done?

Chris, I come from Negotiation Free Sales background, so it was easy for us to price our cars and be transparent online.  We had experienced great deal of success with online pricing.  I assume you are at the traditional negotiating store.  With this in mind you have to ask, what is it we'd like to accomplish?  Do we want to be the lowest in the market?  (does not necessarily means you'd dominate the market)  Do we want to differentiate ourselves?  Do we want to be transparent?  Whatever your reason is you need to have a solid execution strategy.  If you need further advice or opinion on the Negotiation Free Sales please call me 612-804-1706  Tony Troussov or email me at ttroussov@adgtoday.com
