So I have been working and interacting with our FB Fans and I don't see much leads or calls coming from this. So how do I messure the impact of FB or what do I do with this information I have here. Does anyone can give me an idea on how to take advantage of this?

It's kind of like putting your name on the side of a racecar or sponsoring a wine festival - if you don't leverage it with other tie-ins, you won't get dramatic results. BUT, if you use it for a 'deal of the week' - sales, service, parts rotation, use it to invite people to your sale events, car shows, etc, you can built it.

Remember, only a fraction of the people who 'see' it, actually SEE it. i'm sure half my 'likes' register me as 'seeing' them, but with hundreds of posts flying past a day, I only really absorb a tiny part of it. There are SEVERAL discussions on ADM along these lines.

At the end of the day, use it as a conduit to provide info that you would like -

- turn clocks back,

- season maintenance tips (washer fluid / wipers)

- tire pressure clinic

- contests - coolest car, highest miles, etc

Hope that helps. Our whole philosophy of live chat is to help dealers generate more leads from their website. Use FB to find ways to PUSH people to your website, then get them on a form, chat, etc. Do you have a FB roll on your website?
