It is so easy to get caught up in all the details and minutia of the day to day operations, I forget about the passion each customer has for our product.   Vehicles are works of art, they are designed to elicit an emotional response and connection.  

Many times all we have to do is help them gain that piece of art which they are already connected.  When I watched this video last week, I said, oh yeah, that's why I do this.   What we always need to do is make the path to what the customer wants the easiest.

Great message, Kevin.

It's amazing how we become immune to that new car smell, yet it's that very smell that a consumer takes notice of. 

A good reminder of a consumers passion!~
