I am currently running a sub-prime used car operation in the Philadelphia area.  We do very deep sub-prime and it is about 99% of our business.  We usually sell around 45 to 55 cars per month and are looking to move the needle a bit.  Specifically I am looking for some ideas on how to best generate more leads, whether organically or purchasing 3rd party leads.

Right now we generate leads via Craigslist, we have a BDC Manager and his team is working on some SEO tactics.

We send our 3rd party pre-approval mailers and also purchase leads from CarsDirect.
