I bring to the table over 15 years automotive experience including: sales, F&I SM, GSM and GM over a General Motors joint venture.

I continue to support the automotive industry through Booyah Mobile. Our technology is one of the first which allows dealers and other small and mid-market companies to communicate with their customers vis mobile text messaging thus taking their advertising, marketing and sales from "the old ways" to a highly advanced form of dealer to client to dealer communications. Dealer's customers have their smart phone on them 91% of the time. Using Booyah Mobile's technology dealers are able to deliver a variety of advertising and appointment reminder messages.

I am new to DealerElite. I started my automotive career in 1989 and have loved the journey. I have seen the very bad and the extremely professional. I eventually realized my love for the business was best suited in a support roll. Even while in sales I realized there were highly effective ways to draw in customers and those customers had a much higher probability of resulting in a sales once on the lost. They also became much more loyal customers. As technology evolved and dealers began to catch up (still a bit behind) I realized the way dealers sold cars was going to change forever. That is exactly the current state.

For lover 100 years we sold vehicles the same way. With the evolution of new tech. services and products comes need for more: human support, training and management oversight. While technology brings with it some challenges the benefits far out weight the obstacles. My roll with BooYah Mobile is primarily to bring a technical understanding in lay-mans terms to the automotive industry. In short bringing my brother and sisters up to speed thus allowing them to tap into far more sales opportunities than they ever imagined.
