There are two types of training. Remember if you train your people to sell value the job of selling will be rewarding, To watch a few tapes and send them out to the floor will be the most expensive training with lost capital. Always remember the easy way or the hard way. A few dollars spent and the quality time spent on teaching value will cost you a whole lot less.
