I need a recommendation for F and I training

Hi Guys -

 

I have a 'green' finance person that I want to send away to receive some training in all aspects of F&I.  Can anyone recommend a company that will teach the fundamentals of Menu selling, etc.  I am located in the NW, so west coast would be preferable.

The money goes around and around and around....

Stop and take a moment and think about that used car that just came in on trade...have you ever considered the 'trade-chain'. Have you ever looked at a total transaction package from the New car sale to the trade to the trade to the trade...and done the math!



It can be a real eye opener when you track all the money every department has made - from sales to F and I to service and parts and back again. I have seen chains that will go to from new car sales to 6 additional… Continue

How do you handle a "Cyber Bully"

 

No matter what we do as dealers, there is always one person that takes it upon himself to create a situation that I feel is a form of bulling - customers who threaten to 'Post, blog and Yelp' about their experience at a particular dealership until they get what they want no matter how unreasonable.

 

We are all very concerned about our ratings in one form or another and a ‘rouge’ customer can be very damaging.  We seem to have very little recourse in these events and…
