BROOKLYN, NEW YORK | Bay Ridge Toyota | July 24, 2015 | Criss Castle meets with BRAM Auto Group's Marketing Director, Joe Ciaccia as he discusses how online reviews affect both sales and service. Ciaccia manages the group's marketing and public relations for New York City's Honda of Manhattan, Toyota of Manhattan, Bay Ridge Toyota, Fordham Toyota and Westchester Toyota. He finds customers are actively pursuing reviews before the sale and eager to write reviews after the sale. 


Ciaccia's insight is inline with DealerRater's recent report indicating New York, New Jersey and Florida receive the most reviews and Ford, Chrysler and Honda are the most reviewed brands. From this, we could derive that New York Honda customers are actively writing and seeking reviews. As the marketing director in one of top reviewed states and most actively involved customers, Ciaccia's assessment is valuable. 

Ciaccia feels having a hold on the review process gives his group an advantage over competing dealerships carrying the same brand as well as other OEM brands. 

In addition, Ciaccia says BRAM"s philosophy of having a close relationship between the General Manager and the customer is a foundation of the company's success.
