Digital Dealer Early Bird Registration Extended Until Friday 3/4!

Hi DealerElite members!

Congratulations on hitting the 5,000 member milestone! I'm sure that's just the beginning.

A quick note to let everyone know that early-bird registration for the 10th Digital Dealer Conference & Exposition has been extended until Friday, March 4, 2011. I promise this will be the last extension of that rate so make sure to register before Friday to insure you save some money!

For dealers who've never been to a Digital Dealer Conference, this is the best way to not only educate yourself on up-to-date best practices from industry thought-leaders but it's also a great way to check out all of the exciting products and services available to help your dealership SELL MORE CARS - and all under one roof!

Here's what some of our past attendees have had to say:

“Who should attend? Any and all managers, decision makers, and personnel that are involved in improving the dealership's business should attend. There is still so much skepticism and lack of involvement from the decision-makers about the Internet and how it can be used more effectively to improve opportunities for each department and reduce expenses. This event is a real eye-opener! Attendance by the department heads, dealer principals and decision makers would help them ‘get it’ and allow for business growth in all departments.”
Diane Anderson
BDC/e-Commerce Manager
Hubler Automotive Group
Indianapolis, IN

“Only the best in the business attend this conference. If you are just looking to get through the next year, please don't come. Leave the best to us.”
Russell Blackstone
Internet Manager

Here's an example of just ONE session that will be available to you at the event:

Dealer 3.0 Cheat Sheet with Alex Jefferson and Jerry Thibeau

Revealed! A behind the scenes look at Internet and phone processes

No shiny objects, just the truth…it's time to take a "behind the scenes" look at what is going on in our Internet, phone, and BDC departments. Come hear and see live case studies of actual phone calls and e-mails that show how we contribute or counteract our overall success. In this session we will discuss how salespeople can fail with phone and Internet and show specific strategies for how they can succeed. We will reveal phone and Internet mystery shops from around the nation with a focus on refinement and improvement. We will discus exactly what you need to focus on the move the needle. We turn theory into reality as we will show a laser approach to refining your Internet and phone processes in your dealership. You will leave this presentation with a "cheat sheet" you can implement immediately to increase sales and gross in your Internet department and organization.
