While there, Long was promoted to President of Apartment.com, reporting to CoStar Group CEO, and was instrumental in growing Apartments.com’s traffic, customer base and revenue. Prior to this, Long served as Vice President of Advertising and Sales for Knight Ridder’s The Tribune, a leading daily newspaper on the central coast of California.
