I like how you blur and erase the difference between automated mass marketing vs tele-marketing / sales calls to a few one-by-one. Dealers seem to be hard-rooted in the past 1-on-1 as a "marketing" strategy. "Pounding the Phones" is so 1950's - it was created to give salesmen something productive to do during slow periods.
