Dear Kevin, I would like to thank you for responding to my posting on Dealer Elite. I received your e-mail within five minutes. First of all I would like to inform you that I was very impressed by the efficiency that you displayed through your e-mail. Secondly the follow up phone call which came within ten minutes of the posting also deeply impressed me. You are very knowledgable in your profession and it was a pleasure speaking with another "Car Guy". As you know I was a G.M.
