Handling customer feedback (good or bad) using social media

Ok.
Too many donuts got me called out by a buddy of mine after last nites post.
Fair enough.
When your customers take shots at you online, how are you handling them?
You can learn to control the conversation and direct the dialogue, or you can just hide and hope they go away. (they wont)
Handle it.
Deal with it.
Lead it.
