Handle Angry Callers With Confidence Do you know how to cope with an angry caller?

Receiving calls from irate customers can be stressful and challenging.
There is a simple five step process that you can use to diffuse difficult calls. When dealing with angry callers remember to stay ALERT.

Acknowledge the anger
Establish the facts
Take action

Depending on where you are ... it could get pretty treacherous over the next few days with the weather rolling in.  Be careful and stay safe, and of course.  If you have people interested and you're in one of these areas with bad weather, you know they're serious buyers!  Good luck!
