Hello Ralph,
Great article on training and getting back to the basics. Seems to happen at my dealership quite often. Very inconsistent on the training. Find it hard to do being the owner now. Looking for suggestions and after reading the article it sounds like those dealerships have a trainer the pay for and visits the dealership. If that is the case do you mind telling me the name of some trainers that do this? Maybe the one that helps those dealers you wrote about? Thanks so much!!
