Better Business Bureau Accreditation

I have been solicited by the BBB to become an Accredited business. Just wondering if others have gone through that process. We did it back in 2000 and decided to save the money after doing it for a year. However, with the importance of the online reviews, dealer ratings, etc., I am wondering if it might make sense. Internet Lead Manager

I am looking for an Internet Lead Management tool. I want one that is able to be used independently of a CRM tool. I have used AVV Web Control in the past, liked it pretty well and will consider using it again. But I want to look at other options so I can compare. I am looking for suggestions from dealers/IM's in this forum that have one they like. If you have an independent ILM, share what you are using and I will check it out. We have a convenience store a block away that we purchase our dealership gas from. We keep a couple of the store brand gas cards in the drawer in our office area....a central location. People who use them to put gas in vehicles....mostly the porter and sometimes the salespeople...put the vehicle stock number on the receipt and my AP gal audits them with the monthly bill. Not everyone gets approved for DealerELITE. To maintain the integrity of DealerELITE, tell us what you will have to offer once a dealerELITE member?: I have been in the auto business in "small-town America" for almost 30 years. I am not a strong dealer, but what I do well is hire great people. I do embrace technology, which I believe gives me an advantage in a rural market. I find that I can't do it all, however, because the cost of entry in much of the technology is the same for a dealer many times my size. In the 21 years in my current dealership, I have maintained about a 40 unit/mo average...and not proud of that....plan to change it.
