Bravo, Alan!  A well-spent one minute and 49 seconds listening to you cover what should be a mandatory process with every customer or member of your personal networks during those opportune one-on-one discussions you have with them.  Excellent advice for the beginner and experienced salesperson alike, as it is often overlooked and forgotten more times than not.  There certainly are a lot of facets to that "jewel" you could highlight, but with less than two minutes to talk, no one could have presented it better than you!
