Whatever your PROCESS, BE CONSISTENT EVERY TIME with a customer.  Inconsistency (Short cutting) leads to nothing but lost sales.

I send out a "monday motivational" every week to my organization.  I liked this so much, I will include it next week.  Thanks for sharing !!!!!
