Look in the bottom right hand corner of the search image above. Those are other dealers listed as options under their Google Local profile section on a search for this dealership by name.

I've checked about a dozen dealers and I've seen it everywhere. The only difference between one dealership and another is when they have their Google+ page verified and posting content regularly...

In that case, the other listings are still there but they're below the fold right under where the Google+ post is. Still present, but at least it's moved down.

If there's one thing to keep in mind when debating whether to spend 2-4 minutes a day on Google+, this is it. Get your pages verified. We all know it helps with search. It has more people on it than you probably realize. Now, we know that it pushes competitors down below the fold.
