Most would agree that 2013 is going to be a pivotal year for the automotive industry much like 2010 was. There are questions about the economy, the distractions from the elections are over, and the bottleneck of car buyers is starting to lighten up a bit.

Going into the new year, what would you most like to see changed at your dealership? Is there an innovative technology that you wish would get built? Are there basics that you want to solidify that you haven't had the time or resources to focus upon in 2012?
