I would like your input on YOUR method of recruiting. We have all been at Best Buy, a furniture store, or even a nice restaurant and found a canidate that we think has "IT." You know the type, the one, given the right training, can be your next rockstar. We have only a short time to make an impression; what is your best Elevator Pitch you give to a possible sales canidate in an effort for them to call you back for an interview.

Chris, thanks for the advice. I like the NASA approach. That is one of the things home-based businesses pitch from the standpoint of being your own boss. That is what we are, entrepreneurs within an organization- with no up-front capital as you said. Thanks again for the great advice
