Reputation Management Companies: Best and Worst

I am looking for a reputation management company that is good enough to recommend to my clients. I'm on the verge of selecting one in particular but I don't want to pull the trigger until I get feedback from the community. Good ones? Bad ones? Big, small, doesn't matter. What are your experiences or what have you heard? Thanks!

Last call - I have one more company to review (if I can get on the phone with George Nenni!) and then we'll be making our decision. The range from good to bad so far has been much wider than expected.

we have done some work with a Texas company called Main Street Hub. They have a great social media reputation management platform and offer white-label opportunities for resellers. Their demo is what sold me, I'd recommend anybody give them a look. Awesome value for the cost. mainstreethub.com
