Up and Coming Internet/BDC Department Looking to Hire 2 BDC Reps
Burlington Volkswagen has been selling vehicles for over 50 years. Burlington VW is part of dealer group consisting of two other franchises conveniently located on Route 130 North in Burlington, NJ. Burlington VW is number 1 certified pre-owned volume VW dealer in the Eastern Region for 2010. In addition, Burlington VW has a strong online reputation on DealerRater. We are growing in new car volume as well as used car volume with opening of a second building on our lot.
This is a great opportunity for an outgoing person with excellent verbal and written communication skills to work in a growing BDC/Internet department. Duties consist of responding to email leads and incoming phone calls, customer follow-up and prospecting by phone and email, and website chat. We are looking for customer service oriented professionals that work well in a team environment and are self-disciplined The primary responsbility will be to set appointments for our sales staff. We will provide the leads, technology, training, and competitive pay plan.
