I work with many dealerships in the west on improving their financial opportunities, along with their client's experiences. I have been fortunate to be in front of thousands of employees and managers in various training settings. I have always been in retail or assisting dealers around the country. Due to working in every department of the dealership except parts, I can relate to what the employees/managers are going through each day. My business is 100% related to the car industry.
