- dealerELITE has the right to choose who they want as advertisers. What we ask is for our advertisers to help promote dealerELITE by inviting new members and placing a reciprocating ad of dE on their website as well.

- dealerELITE periodically checks their advertiser's websites to ensure a proper ad back to dE and tracks invitations to memberships.

- In return, dealerELITE provides our advertisers exclusive ad placements that are not "rotating" and are static on the site. This means more "face time" to the members of dE. We also provide ad analytics to show how your ad is performing.

- You, the advertiser are responsible for creating your own ad and destination link. On occasion, dE will make exceptions for specific situations, but at the discretion of dealerELITE.

- dealerELITE reserves the right to move, relocate, or remove any ad with notice for . However, dE will NOT adjust content of your ad.

We provide 3 types of ad spots:
1. 175X175 block which is located on the right column and is visible on ALL dealerELITE pages.
2. 175X175 block which can be added to a specific page on dealerELITE, but only visible if viewing that specific page.
3. 450X60 banner which is located on the dE homepage and is ONLY visible while viewing the homepage, but stands out more.
