What holds you from moving out of the shadows of success?

Almost all of us know a successful salesperson who works right in the store where we are. With success so close at hand, have you ever really taken the time to get to know that person and discover thier connection with success? Maybe when you began your career, you we're introduced to the "MM" at your store. MM stands for the Master of Mediocrity, You know the one who hits 12 units two times a year, then settles into his 6-8 units the rest of the year. This is the one who instilled in you not to approach the store's top salesperson because of thier character flaws that you will never be able to deal with?

 

IF YOU WISH TO BECOME MORE SUCCESSFUL, THAN WORK ON IMPROVING YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH THE MOST SUCCESSFUL SALESPERSON IN THE STORE!

 

We block success for many reasons, but if we never build a relationship with that successful salesperson, we never get close enough to develop that positive connection to success. Successful salespeople represent two areas's in our very own lives that we must face...growth and change. So if you intend to pursue the habits of your store's most successful salesperson, you have to face this. If you got caught up in the initial bloodletting of the store's most successful salesperson, what does that really say about you? Mediocrity will always find inadequacies in success because they simply can't achieve it.

 

Begin the process of befriending the success of those closest to you in your store. By embracing this positive connection with success, you will begin to see the great potential you harbor for success.
