The shift from being a manager to becoming a leader through leadership multiplication became the defining philosophy of my career.

The multiplier mindset is built on one belief: your success is measured by the success of the people you develop.

Therefore, if leadership multiplication is the philosophy, mentorship is the method.  

It’s the hands‑on, day‑to‑day work of developing people, not by telling them what to do, but by helping them discover what they’re capable of.

I believe mentorship is where leadership takes real form.

It’s where followers transition to leaders.

A mentor/coach is someone who:

◾ tells you what you don’t want to hear

◾ has you see what you can't see

◾ so you can be who you’ve always known you could be

I have had the great privilege to mentor and promote some of the best associates I could have possibly asked for. 

Their desire to learn and grow led them to assume much higher leadership roles. 

This became the ultimate fulfillment in my world, knowing that whatever insight I could give someone was utilized to better themselves and their families.
