As previously mentioned, Jared Hamilton has done a great job attracting thought leaders from outside the automotive industry.  Here are the confirmed speakers:



Gary Vaynerchuk - Vaynerchuk grew revenue in his family’s wine business from $4 million in 1997 to $60 million in 2008 by harnessing the power of social media.

He became one of the first to reach Facebook’s friend limit and accumulated more than 800,000 followers on Twitter. Well known from his guest appearances on programs such as CNN Your Money, Fox Business Your Questions Your Money, and The Big Idea with Donny Deutsch.

Vaynerchuk is also an author whose books include Crush It! Why Now is the Time to Cash in on your Passion, which debuted as a New York Times and Wall Street Journal bestseller.

 

 

 

 

 

 




Aaron Strout - Aaron is the chief marketing officer at Austin-based social media agency, Powered Inc. At Powered, Aaron not only focuses on the day to day marketing activities but also provides a social voice for the company. In this role, Aaron continues with his speaking, blogging (recently syndicated on socialmediainformer.com), podcasting and social networking activities with an eye toward creating awareness and lead generation for the company.

Prior to joining Powered, Aaron was the Vice President of Social Media at Mzinga, a Boston-based provider of online communities for businesses. In his role, Aaron focused on tapping into the power of social media for business. In addition to his knowledge of the interactive and new media landscape, Aaron has more than 17 years of online marketing and advertising experience, with a strong background in integrated and online marketing.

Before joining Mzinga, Aaron worked at Fidelity Investments in their retail division, with a focus on online and acquisition marketing. Aaron’s work at Fidelity revolved around Web strategy and marketing, as well as the development of interactive and print campaigns, including direct mail, e-mail, online ads, and event marketing.

Aaron is also a founding member and former president of ( BIMA) and a member and former board member of the Massachusetts Innovation and Technology Exchange (MITX). Aaron is also on the advisory board member of the prestigious Social Media Club.

Last but not least, Aaron and his podcast partner, Kyle Flaherty, host a weekly podcast called the Quick-n-Dirty every week on Thursday at 3 PM ET.

 

 

Jason Falls - Jason Falls is one of the leading thinkers, strategists and public speakers in the social media marketing, digital marketing and online communications industries. He is the author of the noted industry blog SocialMediaExplorer.com, a fixture at or near the top of the AdvertisingAge Power 150 Marketing Blogs list and is responsible for ExploringSocialMedia.com, a learning community for digital and social media marketing, online communications and technology. His first book, No Bullshit Social Media: The All-Business, No-Hype Guide To Social Media Marketing, co-authored with Erik Deckers, is due out in October.

Falls has worked with brands like Jim Beam and Maker’s Mark bourbons, Humana, NASCAR driver Robby Gordon, University of Louisville Health Care, Backupify, SHPS, Bacardi, The National Center for Family Literacy, Expion and The Kentucky Center. He has also been cited and quoted in several notable books on the subject of digital marketing including Paul Gillin’s The New Influencers and Jay Baer and Amber Naslund’s The Now Revolution.

 

 

 



 

Rob Siefker - Rob joined Zappos.com in January of 2004 and is the Director of the Customer Loyalty Team. He has spent his entire career with Zappos providing the very best service for both customers and employees. Starting his career with the company as a temporary call center employee he has helped the team grow from 30 to 350 employees.

Rob is a strong ambassador and promoter of the Zappos brand and is commitment to developing a world class culture. He has previously represented Zappos by speaking at conferences for IQPC, Frost & Sullivan, and Marcus Evans. He’s also been a guest speaker at Purdue University’s Center for Customer Driven Quality.

Rob grew up in Denver, Colorado and later earned a BA in History from Santa Clara University in 2002.
