Consumers now do most of their research online and learn about dealerships via the internet, and in turn, 70% of the buyer journey is complete before shoppers even contact your dealership.  It may seem like the market is changing at an incredible pace, but this actually gives your dealership a great opportunity to reach out and meet mobile consumers on their playing field.
