New Announcements From The Dealer Resource Group

At The Dealer Resource Group our goal is to provide the highest level of service to our dealer clients.  Our 21st Century Selling System(c) teaches ethical sales skills for the curent market.  Our goal is to lead by example, practice what we preach, and really walk the walk.  Doing so often attracts the best of the best.  This announcement is just that.

 

Here are our newest additions to the DRG Team:

 

Gene Diehm

 

Gene Diehm has been on the retail side of the auto industry for over 30 years.  As you'll read, he has an extensive background, a diversity of knowledge, and a range of talent.  But the real benefit to working with Gene is his desire to make everyone he comes in contact with, better off because they met.

 He will be training with us under his company name, Retail Systems Management, LLC.  His knowledge comes from the fact that he has virtually sat in every chair available in a dealership.  And like most successful people, he has invested in training to make himself one of the best.  He has even owned and operated his own dealership.  Those insights can only benefit dealers who engage Gene for training.

Gene has trained with Pat Ryan, Jim Ziegler, Joe Verde, and even worked with Jackie Cooper.  These trainers are pillars in the industry.  Their knowledge has make a real impact on Gene.  Add to that mix his real desire to help people change their future in the auto industry and you have a trainer who always makes a difference.

 While a salesperson, Gene was determined, dedicated, and a top producer.  In one 17 month stretch, he averaged 55 cars per month.  He definitely has the skills to create top producers in any dealership that engages him.

To date, Gene has conducted over 200 training programs in dealerships and is the author and inventor of the "Customer School" philosophy.  It's his dedication that led him to be awarded "Trainer of the Year" for 2010 from his former company.  That's a prize that is earned through performance, production, and dedication to the auto industry.

Anthony Bartoli

 

Anthony Bartoli is one of the newest and talented National Sales Trainers specializing in Sales Training, Interviewing, and Business Development for today’s dealership, Digital Marketing and eCommerce training.  He also serves as the President of TCB Sales Solutions where he also provides dealers a virtual Internet Director role to help the dealer train their internet staff, increase digital presence and revenue. 

Prior to joining The Dealer Resource Group, Anthony Bartoli worked his way from a successful career as a sales consultant to management for Behlmann Buick GMC.  Anthony Bartoli had the foresight in 2006 to see the evolution of the internet and the impact it would make in the dealership so he attended the very first Digital Dealer/AAISP (Association of Automotive Internet Sales Professionals) conference and has excelled in this area.  Notable for having been featured on the cover and articles of Digital Dealer and Auto Success.  He was awarded the Internet Professional of the Year Award in Las Vegas in 2009 at the 6th Digital Dealer Conference.   But most of his proudest awards come from the several customer testimonials he has received.
