In our video series Quality of Life, we’ve gotten some insight into a high-level sales process. We want you to be comfortable and successful in this business, and to do that you have to know who you are and what you need to move forward.

What we want to do for new salespeople is to take the work that took Ali Reda ten years and compress it into something that can happen in five. What he did is duplicatable - it’s just about getting to the next level.

We have these “magic phone calls,” you see. We’ll talk about those in more detail a little later. In a nutshell, it’s a pretty powerful meeting of minds. Ali explains to us this week that having a coach and a mentor is what’s going to separate you. A coach can bring awareness in ourselves that we all need to grow.

  • What am I offering?
  • What am I doing?
  • How is the person in front of me feeling when they're sitting in front of me?
  • Why are they here?

Ali says that having a coach to ask questions gets the best out of him. If you’re just starting off in this business, the best place to start is just to be yourself. Who you are is perfect! You have a birthright for success.
