Our internal theme here at IPD for the month of July is "ALL IN". There are visions and goals, both personal and corporate which are in front of us, and to reach those summits we must not go about things haphazardly but rather be invested fully giving 100%. All of us possess God given talents and abilities that only we can use and I want to remind us all to look at what's in our hands. God has given gifts to each of you from his great variety of spiritual gifts ... so that God's generosity can flow through you (1 Peter 4:10).

Many of us face obstacles on a daily basis that seem insurmountable, however we've been equipped with the ability to accomplish success and reach the finish line. Look at your hands...what's in them? What are you holding? I assure you it is all you need to get started.

Let's look at a flourishing fruit tree that is fully grown and full of luscious fruit. It may stand 15 feet tall with thousands of leaves and have ripe ready to eat fruit hanging from its branches, but it began as a seed. Somewhere a long time ago a farmer stood over freshly toiled soil and took seed from his burlap sack and held it in his hands...and placed the seed in the ground. We possess in our hands the seed that will eventually grow into the dreams, visions, goals, and aspirations of our life.

So what is the key? We have to be ALL IN! We must take what we posses in our hand and use it to its fullest potential. We can't hold back...it will take everything we have. Here are two good questions to ask ourselves. What do I have in my hands? How can I use it in pursuit of my destiny? I love what Napoleon said, "What the mind can conceive and believe, the mind can achieve."

Are you "All In"? If we   aren't giving 100% then the answer to that question is no...but when we go   ALL IN and use everything in our hands...the results are incredible! [In   no-limit poker, to bet all of your chips as a sign of total confidence in   your hand. If you have a very good hand, you go all-in so that you can win   the maximum amount of number of chips (money), or to scare off mediocre hands   so they won't catch the cards they need to beat your hand.]

It is only the seed of your   future. God will take what's in your hand and use it to change the   world...but we must be ALL IN...halfway in isn't enough. When we use what we   have in our hand we are being faithful and industrious. We are focusing our   efforts on our life-goals and God's calling. What God has put in your hand...   is your key... to unlocking your destiny!

The Bible says, "God has given each of us the ability to do certain things well" (Romans 12:6). Paul emphasized that we're to actually use these gifts and abilities God has given us for the benefit of others. Some people say, "I don't know what to do," or "I don't really have any special talent to give." Moses said pretty much the same thing when God spoke to him at the burning bush. "I'm a nobody."How did God answer? "Moses, what is in your hand?" For Moses, it was a staff. It wasn't a crown, scepter, or sword. It was a simple stick. And it became one of the greatest supernatural weapons in human history. So what do you already have in your possession? Speaking ability? Artistic ability? Money? People skills? Whatever it is we All have something we can use to accomplish what we've set out to do...but we must be ALL IN!

So take inventory this week of the resources in your hand, and "Do what you can, with what you have, where you are". Theodore Roosevelt

Luke 6:38 Give, and it shall be given unto you, good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.

So activate what is in your hand and go ALL IN!

David, awesome share my friend. God used one of the most unlikely, stuttering, person in Moses and performed one of the greatest miracles. You are on point, we all have unique gifts, we cannot bury our talents, but instead use them. To quote Les Brown, "there are so many reasons why we CANT do something...all we need is 1 reason to try." Great share, brother.
