I stumbled upon the site on accident

I've been working as a BDC Rep for over a year at a large dealership with extensive training. I'm now geting promoted to a new postion at a one of the largest dealerships in the world working as the dearers Sales and Service BDC Manager. I have worked on both sides of the sales and service BDC, but not at the same time. Through mmy learning process I'll be able to other fellow dealers improve thier own BDC's by opening myself up to question and answering. I hope you would consider me as one of your members because I believe we'll have a lot to learn from each other. Thank you.
