Ummm Lee? Did you notice the title of the video? "The 7 Habits of Largely INEFFECTIVE Salespeople".  So, it's kinda telling people to do the opposite if they want to be EFFECTIVE. So I guess it's good that you didn't like what I said, kind of a back handed compliment of sorts.  Love me some Carnegie though.  Saw the Rockettes @ Carnegie Hall when I was a kid; spectacular.

Sorry I totally disagree with your analogy, your thoughts are archaic and out of touch with a very well educated consumer. I also advise you attend Dale Carnegie and work on your presentation skills they do little to reinforce your 

message. Sorry
