Great stuff here.  Especially the part about price pressure indicates a real buyer.  Also the part about NO NEGATIVITY!! 

Also appreciated the comment about NOT trying to avoid price.  We taught sales people to early on say to the buyer, "Before you leave we want to make sure we answer all of your questions so you can make a rational purchase decision, plus we want to make sure we give you some numbers to think about."  Not only did we not try to avoid price, we embraced it and made it work to our benefit.
