The message to be taken from Randy in this video is not that we are all just a product of our environment without control over our direction, but that we have a choice of what environment we allow ourselves to be a part of and choice of those we associate within it.  The results of our own choices and focused priorities are what will determine our success in life, personally and professionally.  Powerful message Randy, just the plain English reminder I needed.  Thank you
