Employee turn over is hard on a dealership! Use this type of emotional marketing to draw in the best with the best intentions, and their stick rate goes way up! In addition, it's easier to find the people in the crowd when they stand up, raise their hands and say, "I WANT TO WORK FOR THAT DEALER!"

If you have a minute, please answer these questions too:

1) As first impressions go, do you like Irving?

2) From the perspective of someone on a job search in sales, would you consider his dealership?

3) From the perspective of someone who has a negative image of automotive salespeople, does it make you reconsider that stereo-type?

4) From the perspective of a buyer, would you consider buying from this dealer?

Recruiting is not just about who can build the best newspaper ad with the biggest sign on bonus, who has the most resumes, or the best price on job postings.

It's not just about reaching people technologically: It's about reaching people emotionally. No one understands this or does this better for the automotive industry than TK Worldwide, Inc.

This product will drive employees to you who WANT to work for you, it will connect you with your community and it will also drive sales traffic!

Originally produced sound tracks for each dealer. Personalized message and stories. Post them on your web sites, send them out to social media outlets, and much MUCH more.

"My father always told me that 'management' - is the accomplishment of goal through people. Find the RIGHT people FIRST and your mission will be exponentially easier." Kevin Bradberry (President/CEO) TK Worldwide, Inc.
