Employee turn over is hard on a dealership! Use this type of emotional marketing to draw in the best with the best intentions, and their stick rate goes way up! In addition, it's easier to find the people in the crowd when they stand up, raise their hands and say, "I WANT TO WORK FOR THAT DEALER!"

1) As first impressions go, do you like Irving? 

2) From the perspective of someone on a job search in sales, would you consider his dealership?  

3) From the perspective of someone who has a negative image of automotive salespeople, does it make you reconsider that stereo-type? 

4) From the perspective of a buyer, would you consider buying from this dealer?
