Just as successfully building one's dream house requires an architecht to create a blueprint, envisioning a relationship  in it's final form is crucial  in building it successfully. The same holds true  with a strategic buisness relationship.

The 10 Commandments Of Organizing A Buisness Relationship:

1-Always review the buisness card of anyone you meet. Gee I can hear everyone now saying , Of course I look at them. DO YOU REALLY? Well you very first course of action , begins the very next day by taking out that buisness card and  jotting  down pertinent  information from your conversation. Don't focus on dollar signs, think about how this person fits into your network and your chain of relationships. If you turn your head to this first commandment, you're  liable to squander great oppurtunities

2-Create A File System"  After you've gathered infomation about the new potential relationship creating an effective filing system is essential in building remarkable buisness relationships. It'a a well known fact  that people do buiness with people they know, like and trust.

3-Follow-Up: More often than not when we meet someone new, if there isn't  an immediate gratification, you follow-up will be dismal.

After you meet somone make sure you:

*Shoot the person a message  either by e mail or text

*Mention how nice it was to meet them and alos introduce some of the best highlights  of your conversation, as it will add credibility to your relationship

At this  point you should have a   Course Of Action:

Let's call it ,  Don't Let The Relationship Fall From The Tree

Branch One needs immediate  attention and action

Branch Two  is A Future Potential Relationship

Branch Three is the , You Just Never Know  Group

Stick to a method and stay on course

Honor Each Relationship: To be a sensational relationship type architect it's just not enough to understand the individual's buisness  habits and practices. The information you gather from google and news articles is a great begininng. Always remember the more  information you give the more likely you will get.

5-Don't Stop Here: Don't ruin the relationship by not paying attention Commit yourself to maintaining an open line of communication
