Yes, Michael Brown and let's not forget Jim Sipala the Multi- Franchise Kia Dealer, who grew up poor.  He worked construction, initally rejected as a car salesman ... told he would never make it in the business ... got a break ... sold cars and then worked every position in the Dealership.  He saved his money, bought a Dealership ... now Manufacturers are coming to him hoping he will add them to his  Franchise protfolio.

How nice the world would be if everyone functioned like you do Craig and the way you run your business. I don't know if it is good or bad, but you are special and one of a kind...  Dealers need to learn from you and Automax

That's exactly right Joe....it happens time after time in all aspects of our lives ,happens soooo much in dealerships.I did it when I ran stores,we did it with customers,employees.....and were rarely even close, like shooting darts in the dark.

The feedback from our trainers, the salespeople we train that go on to become top producers, managers and even some Dealer Principles over the last 14 years is amazing. From when they first see the ad,think about applying, schedule, then interview and start their training to what where they can end up in their lives is very cool.

You just can't glance at a person and know, without a doubt they can't be successful

Enjoyed the video.  You are too funny with the AUTOMAX license plates, love it!  The information contained in the video series is really going to help dealers.
