I read this article in the hard copy of the AutoSuccess Magazine and really enjoyed the three different perspectives, as well as the remarkably different results each of the three dealers experienced so far in 2012.

Congratulations to Chris, Tony, & Jim for being featured-definitely 3 winners to kick the panel off. Anyone involved on any level should read this article. These guys set expectations and aggressively attacked their goals-if it didn't work, they tweaked it; if it did work, they tweaked it. These guys never stop raising the bar and are always making adjustments to achieve new levels of success. Pilots dont get in the air and drive straight to their destination-they are having to constantly make adjustments to stay on course. We have to do the same-as Jim said, you have to move from survival mode to attack mode. Attack your market! Great stuff guys. Thank you.
