Is anyone currently using a video introduction to respond to their internet leads?  I'm considering doing it and want some best practice ideas.  Thanks!

Yes.  They were recommended to me first by Joe Webb.  I made them for any staff willing to record themselves.  Brief video introductions are an excellent way to personalize yourself to the Internet prospect.  Well worth the small investment in time and effort!
