Position-Internet Manager


Chicagoland import store is in need of a top notch E Commerce Manager to grow our "on line" new and used vehicle business. 

 

This person will be responsible for coordinating lead distribution and fulfillment  and work with the GM and owner on advertising and vendor relationships. This position requires a hands on manager who will
also be involved in the sales and closing process to do whatever it
takes to help sell vehicles.


Requirements-


The candidate for this position should have excellent communication skills-both written and verbal. Strong phone skills are essential to the success of this position. Outstanding computer skills are also
mandatory. Candidate should posses excellent knowledge of Windows Office
including Excel for report building. Some knowledge of SEO, HTML, Photoshop, WordPress and other blogging platforms would be beneficial.

 

Knowledge of automotive CRMs and ILMs is also very important so that we can improve our current conversion rates through the latest that technology has to offer.

 

Additional skills required for this position include the following:



  • high level of attention to customer satisfaction
  • excellent understanding of social media platforms such as facebook, Foursquare, Ning, Twitter and others that you have leveraged or feel you can leverage to engage our customers and create brand
    awareness and trust in our organization
  • excellent follow up skills
  • enjoys working with customers
  • ability to lead a team of salespeople and grow an internet department

This is a partial list and the candidate's resume should reflect how he or she will help our dealership sell more vehicles.

dealerships in which you have been involved.

Salary- $60,000-80,000 including commission.

Having a separate department for sales / internet sales, thats old school. Social and other types of electronic media are changing everything. Your separate departments is like allowing part of your staff to use the telephone.

Before you leave spam comments on people's pages perhaps you should contact them directly. We don't run diff depts. Pardon me if the job title makes us appear "old school" as you mention. There are better ways of making dealerships aware of your services besides slamming them without knowledge of their operations.
No slam intended... I thought it a great idea for people to understand that the internet is a good thing for everyone to be involved in. I am truly sorry, and it is/was not spam. And calling me for a conversation is free. But I will change my attitude a little, i did not mean to come across that way...
