What is PRO TALK?

Jeff Cowan’s PRO TALK is training that focuses on helping service departments increase their sales revenues through time tested and proven sales techniques. We also offer an interactive online sales training platform that provides cutting edge video training and testing for service advisors and fixed operations employees. Service Advisors will learn exactly how to walk around “Every Car, Every Time ®” to increase sales through the “Sit, Flip, Pop and Look ®” technique, how to increase sales both on the drive and on the telephone through our top “100 Service Advisor Closing Techniques and Word Tracks”, as well as many other time tested service department sales techniques and skills.
