I am wondering if any dealers out here have a set program in place to train new hires. I am a newly re hired manager at a medium sized Chevrolet dealership that is looking for a process to put in place for new hires. We do use a sales process training system, (APB) at our store, but what I am asking for is to see examples and processes of what successful dealers use to train a new sales person from start to finish. Looking forward to your comments. If you do have a example process to share, please send me an inbox message. Thanks for you help.

Permalink Reply by Tim Marvel on April 13, 2014 at 10:01am I am posting some free training (meetings in a video) on YouTube. There are a few posted on Dealer Elite site also. Something to get started. YouTube Channel is Tim Marvel, there is about 40 videos. My goal is to build the collection up over 100 video clips. They take a specific topic and drill down. As a trainer what I notice most is that we never master any part of a process. You can see what I am talking about at www.timmarvel.com that breaks down the meet and greet into 25 key elements. We master the words, but do we master the elements of communications?
