If a dealer was to receive an extra $10,000 a month as long as they spend it all, what should the money be spent on?

The only rule is that the spending must be dealep related.

It should put that $10,000 and book a date in the near future to start a complete video storefront for their store. For many dealers they will be the first in their market with anything like this and their business will explode. Internet stores that are packed with content, are also packed with prospects. If you want to get that $10,000 back both RIGHT away, AND again over time... look my company up!   www.whatsnext.pro

Strengthening online presence and reputation. A store, or store front will never have as broad a face as your potential online storefront. What does it matter how your store looks if you have no customers.

Strengthen online presence and online reputation(agree John with a tweak).  The best marketing team ever assembled is your own customer base.

Do dealers know the overall reputation of the industry in the eyes of the consumer?  Most don't.  A good way to research and find out...Go to Google.  They have the largest sample size in the world.  Type in a question as a consumer would and the question will autopopulate with 3 or 4 questions that Google thinks you are going to ask.  This is based on the amount of people that type in a question that starts with the first few words you typed in.

The key is, how to NOT have the average reputation based on consumers perceptions (not mine).

You can see in the screenshot most consumers wonder why dealerships are closed on Sunday.

Look at what else they have to say.

Look at the example screenshot.

Either apply it towards advertising or incentivize your staff. Either way you will enhance your overall profitability.
