Ford. Great Product, Great Positioning, Great Management.
To be political correct I work for a great dealer group and hope it will be the Lexus product. To answer the question; Hyundai
Ford will have the greatest increase, because as construction increases Ford Truck Sales will increase with it. Ford is the only independent America Automotive Company so the Construction companies will do everything they can to but Ford. It is now the Gun Owner and the Ford Owner that shows their true American Spirit.
I agree.

I think this is a good analysis in the US market.

Ford & GM - USA, Hyundai & Kia from Korea would be the major player and see the biggest increase in sales volume in 2011.
Reason : Ford & GM is customer focused now with new models!
Hyundai & Kia are very aggressive in marketing and with latest new models along with more features.
Well...lots of talk about increases in the US. In Canada this year, Chrysler and Land Rover have seen the highest increases while Toyota is among the largest decreases. I believe the domestic brands are in the best position to increase given the many years of lost sales. Last month, Chrysler led the way with a 33.6% increase - that's 12 consecutive months of year-over-year growth and the best November since 2002. Our store saw a 127% retail sales increase in November and is up 40% for the year.

Are you talking about unit sales? or % of increase? by units I'd say Ford right now, with DCJF(iat) not far behind over the next year as their new product kicks in. By % of increase I'd forcast Hyundai/Kia and Subaru, but they obviously start from a much lower sales base.

How large an increase does the group forecast for the US retail market from 2010 to 2011?

Chrysler is asking all their dealers for a 50 to 60% increase for that period.

What kind of odds would the group give for that kind of increase happening?

One of the advantages of being at the bottom of the barrel is the huge growth potential.  Inside the USA sales, I would think GM has the product, the factories and the opportunity.  World wide, I don't see Toyota throwing in the towel anytime soon.
