I think both need to understand that the committments we make or fail to make affect who we become as people or as a company.Think about a situation in your life...a relationship,Job or career, education, hobby, whatever ..the degree of commitment or lack thereof, will always detirmine how that turned out!
To do more than they promised. Give 110% to their customer and there staff. To be there for the LONG HAUL. COMMITTED!
Committed

An owner earns the title of Committed by putting up the money it takes to own a dealership.

A Sales Manager earns the title of Committed by being proactive in producing positive results, while at the same time continually improving themselves and all other personnel around them.

The key to success is to stop turn over, drive traffic, and constant training for continual improvements as a group! "Team Work"

There’s a difference between interest and commitment. When you’re interested in doing something, you do it only when circumstance permit. When you’re committed to something, you accept no excuses, only results.” -Author Unknown
